  • Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, then sign & submit the form at time of bond payment.

    We want you to enjoy a great event, and leave our warehouse in good condition for the next guests. The agreement you enter into with us when you hire our space is outlined below.
  • The PBG Party Warehouse is a unique, private and customised space available to hire from Skimpy Heaven for all kinds of private events for up to 75 people. It especially suits Bucks and Hens Parties but also sports windups, birthdays, work parties, dance and rave parties or dress up themed events. You can also use it for networking or showcase your band or products. We prefer to avoid 21st Birthdays or below, and the venue is not suitable for children's parties. We can refer you to a variety of other BYO venues for hire if this one isn't right or isn't available, just ask us!

    FEATURES

    - Located in Osborne Park industrial area with ample free parking
    - Generally nobody is around the area on weekends and so we have no curfew and have never had a noise complaint
    - 1 large 3 door bottle shop chiller fridge and 1 large esky (byo ice)
    - Single unisex toilet with paper rolls. You're welcome to hire extra portaloos
    - PA Speaker with aux cord & Adaptors provided to plug into your own device 
    - Some air conditioning and industrial ceiling fans
    - Warehouse height ceilings to main studio and office height to inner rooms
    - Vinyl floor in the warehouse, carpet inside and tiles or concrete out back
    - Dance Studio mirrors can be left in or removed for your event
    - 5 moveable carpeted stage pieces that can be used in a variety of formations to suit seating, to dance on, or build a stage for a DJ or band
    - Party festoon lights installed but you can BYO extra disco lights or disco ball
    - Portable bar with lighting and accessories like bottle openers
    - Large billiards/pool table with cues & balls etc
    - Beer pong table with cups and balls provided
    - Lockers for guests belongings and cleaning equipment
    - Undercover outdoor yard with lounges, coffee tables and ashtrays
    - Gas bottle BBQ & cooking utensil kit plus microwave
    - 2 trestle tables plus large wooden dining table, for food or DJ or other uses
    - The red room offers up to 4 versatile 'booths' with red curtains that suit lapdance booths mostly, but can also be used for storage or preparation, dressing rooms, tarot/fortune telling, D&M games rooms etc. you can also string up the curtains to open the space up to a be a lounge room. We have even allowed a shisha lounge in here as the carpet is old.

    You only need to BYO alcohol, ice (if youre using the esky - no real need with the giant fridge here), cups, plates, food and music device eg phone tablet or laptop. You can also bring in full DJ kits if you don't want to use our speaker off your device.

    REFUNDABLE BOND AS DEPOSIT TO HOLD DATE

    $750 security bond paid as deposit upon your reservation to hold the date for your group. You can pay by bank transfer, Paypal, Credit or debit card or cash. We do not have direct debit facility. Provided your party goes ahead and no damages are incurred this is fully refundable to you on the Tuesday following the party.

    In the event of you wanting to cancel your hire after paying the bond, we will offer you a $650 refund if we manage to secure another booking for the date of your hire. We always retain a minimum $100 admin fee for all cancellations.  If the venue is unable to be rebooked on the date you were holding there will not be any refund.

    CLEANING AND RENTAL FEES

    The PBG Party Warehouse is $220ph to hire plus a flat $200 cleaning fee. We require a minimum 5 hour hire to book our Saturday nights. The Rental and Cleaning amount is due anytime before the party and we will prompt you in the week leading up to the party if you haven't already paid by then.

    Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, Paypal money request, tapping your eft card or paying cash at our counter. Refunds will generally be made by bank transfer to the account you nominate on this form later.

  • BOND REFUND

    If damages occur to the venue or its contents as a result of your party, the value of damages will be deducted from your bond. If damages exceed the value of the bond, you as the organiser agree by signing and submitting this form to pay the additional sum required to fix or replace all damages.

    As the organiser please ensure your guests are aware of our house rules, and if you identify that any guests are becoming unruly, overly drunk, violent or malicious, you must make them leave the premises immediately before any damages are caused. 

    HOUSE RULES FOR GUESTS

    * Respect the venue and the neighbours.

    * No urinating in the backyard or on any building walls or on our carpark. Guests can use the toilet or the grass or a garden bed. There is no need to piss on a wall. An excess cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if urination stains are found.

    * No fighting, playfighting, or throwing cans or food etc.

    * No entry to the upstairs mezzanine.

    * No warm beverages can be put into the fridge when setting up, only cold beverages. If warm beverages are put into the fridge and it trips the fridge/power, you will incur a charge of $400 to be decducted from the security bond.

    * No Smoking indoors (back yard or out front is ok for cigarettes). Vaping indoors is permitted. Please do not let your guests smoke inside the venue. Evidence of smoking within the venue will incur a charge of $150 to be deducted from the security bond.

    In order to prevent likely damage, we reserve the right to stop the party on the night and evict all guests if we see these house rules being disrespected.

    Our management will not be in attendance at the party, but reserves the right to monitor by camera surveillance or inspect the party. If a guest tampers with a security camera we reserve the right to shut down the party.

    Our business accepts no liability for accident or injury to participants of your party. We provide a mop and bucket and dustpan and broom in the locker, so if there are spills or broken glass you can tidy them up to keep your guests safe through the night.

    DROPPING OFF, DECORATING, SETTING UP, COLLECTING GEAR

    We don't charge for bump in time, so you can arrange access to the venue earlier on the date of your party or possibly the day before, to set up, drop off drinks, hang decorations etc, at no additional cost. Usually one of our crew can assist with moving tables, chairs, stage pieces and other furniture to where you prefer it. You can also come back the next day to find lost property, pick up DJ gear and leftover drinks. If you have installed large bulky items like games or screens please do not leave these behind for us to dispose of or we will have to charge a rubbish tip disposal fee of $200.

    ACCESSING THE VENUE AND LOCKING UP

    You will have self access to the venue by a coded padlock on the front roller door. This is the only way in and out. Our adjacent office & shop will be locked and there is no access to the party via that area. Upon leaving the booker is responsible for turning off lights and locking up using the padlock.

    * Please don't touch the main power switchboard and do not try to turn off the office lights as these will remain on after you leave. You only need to turn off the light switches and regular power switches that you can easily access.

    * You MUST ALSO pull the roller door down and lock it with the padlock provided.
     Failure to do this will incur a $220 fee and the booker will be liable for the cost of repair/replacement if any damage or loss of property occurs due to the door not being correctly secured on departure or any time the venue is accessed by the booker or associated people.

    If you have any problem locking up or emergency on the night please CALL 0407 598 667 or 0419 633 381 or 0487 111 131 until you reach one of us.

    LATE LEAVING

    If guests remain in the venue past the designated hire time it may incur an additional hourly hire cost of $200ph, charged pro rata for part hours (eg $55 for 15 mins) and deducted from the security bond. Please give your guests ample warning about the venue closing time. You can also elect to extend your hire on the night with additional payment for such via bond deduction.

    HOW TO PROCEED

    We look forward to hosting your event at our great warehouse party venue! If there is anything you wish our venue provided that it doesn't already, please just ask us as we are more than willing to work together to make the space just perfect for your needs.

    Please complete the details below and provide an e-signature to agree to these Terms and Conditions. Once we tell you that your desired date is available, receipt of payment will lock in your reservation.

    Please use "YOUR NAME" followed by "VENUE" and "THE PARTY DATE" on the narration, eg "JOHN VENUE 13SEP". Then take and send us a screenshot of the payment transfer to 0407 598 667 so we can confirm back that the date is yours.
