Our Vision:

A fun, educational space where individuals and families can experience all aspects of wellness at low or no cost: from shopping, to healthy eating, to alternative therapies, to spiritual groups, to information and workshops.

An opportunity for local groups and individuals involved in wellness to promote themselves and their modality, and get more involved in the local community.

Profits from the overall event, after setting aside funds for next year, will go to Brookmead School and other local causes.

Information and Ts and Cs

Any business having a stall will be charged £20.

Any 'not for profit' will not be charged.

Please note you will be asked to show your professional indemnity insurance for your products or services.

The Committee will do their best to place stall holders in their preferred location, and to give them their preferred table size but this cannot be guaranteed.

Stallholders and experiences will be selected by the Whistlebrook WellFest Committee to reflect the needs and interests of the event as a whole.

Decisions made by the Committee will be final and in the best interests of the event.

We will endeavour to only select one of each product or service for the event.

Stall holders are welcome to use their stall for promotion, for tasters (paid or complimentary), for mini workshops (paid or complimentary) or for selling products. Please try to give as much information at time of booking.

There may also be the opportunity to give a short complimentary talk, workshop, taster or experience. This is irrespective of someone taking a stall or not, and may be in a separate area. Timings for these will be allocated nearer the event. If you have a preference, please indicate at time of booking. You are welcome to give out promotional materials and gather contact details.

Because of space and other constraints it may not be possible to accommodate absolutely everyone who applies but we will certainly do our best.
