1. Commitment: Commit to the local expression of the Church at Epicentre West LA and the covering of its leaders – I have attended for at least 3 months prior to joining the worship ministry, and I am seeking church membership.

2. Community: Be plugged into a Lifegroup

3. Prayer: Take on a posture of intercession for the team & congregation, seeking God’s presence for our church.

4. Authenticity: Have a willingness to share in life, building relationships with teammates.

5. Availability: Serve on the team at least once a month, or twice a month in a 5-week month.

6. Responsiveness: Respond to schedule-requests in a timely manner. Give availability 3 months in advance.

7. Diligence: Practice and seek to improve; attend weekly practice on Thursday night (7:30-9:30pm).

8. Punctuality: Have your own transportation to arrive on time for Thursday practice and Sunday setup & run-through.

9. Unity: Harness an attitude of teamwork, being edifying in speech and humble toward one another.

10. Helpfulness: Assist in Sunday setup (8am) and teardown after service.

11. Ownership: Participate in worship team gatherings (once/quarter), as well as monthly hangouts.
