Please note that we need a minimum of 14 days notice to remove the staging and at least a 7 day window to remove the staging. We strongly recommend that the De-Stage By date be at least 7 days after the end of the contigency period rather than de-staging before the end of the contigency period.

Calculation

Please note that selecting a specific destaging date is not an option. We have many clients, all of which are important to us. We do the best we can to schedule removals between the stated end of the contingency period and the Destage By date. So, be sure to provide us both 14 days notice to remove the staging as well as at least a 7 day window between the end of the contingency period and the "Destage By" date.

The "Destage by Date" should be at least 7 days after the "Date the Last Contingency Period Ends" date. Otherwise we may have to remove our staging services before all contingencies are cleared.
