HEARTS 2022-2023 GRANT APPLICATION

Port Washington School District and Port Washington Community Grants
HEARTS is thrilled to bring the Port Washington Schools and surrounding community the opportunity to apply for grants in the arts, during the 2022-2023 year. While COVID-19 is still a risk, we feel that the inclusion of art, music, theater and other art forms are just what the community needs to feel more positive. We welcome the community the opportunity to apply for funding for valuable programs.

Please fill in all fields below. Please attach any necessary documents (budget spreadsheet or resumes) in the form where directed. Please click submit only when the form is complete. Once you click on submit you can no longer access the application.

Please note that there is no save button. However, you can begin your application and return to it later.
