As part of our dedication to bringing quality 501(c)(3) nonprofit education to you and your family, Awaken Dreams Creative Learning Center admits students of any race, color, gender, national and/or ethnic origin, to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally made available to students at our school. For Registrations With Gaurenteed Space: A deposit of 50% your seleced tuition is, due with this Application. This deposit holds your place in the summer program and 100% refundable if canceled by Friday June 6th, 2025. A online payment link will be sent out with your email confirmation. No refunds will be issued after June 6th.

For Weekly Registration if Space is Availble: *First Week's Tuition is due at the time of registration. Additional Week payments must be recieved by the Friday before the week of attendence. Drop-in campers are not garenteed enrollment.

We accept checks made out to Awaken Dreams, Cash, Zelle or Electronic Payments made through Brightwheel.

**If tuition is not received on or before the Friday before your selected session, you space in the summer program is not secure and will be opened to the first person on the wait list. Late payments will be charged a $10 daily late fee until paid.**

In the Event of an Unforeseen School Closure, you will be notified as soon as possible and we appreciate your cooperation. Your Tuition will automatically be put on hold until instruction resumes. We will do our best to support you and your family while making arrangements for your child's continued instruction and safety. We are all in this together.

We take pictures of the kids to update parents throughout the day on our Brightwheel app. Additionally, we sometimes use photos for promotion on our website and social media. For promotional use we limit exposure to the kid's faces.
