Thank you for your interest in becoming a client! We have created this initial consultation form as a quick way to analyze your current hair and your hair goals, to see if you are a good match for one of our stylists. This will also aid in choosing the appropriate service option to schedule. After completing this form, please expect to hear back from a member of our team within 3-6 business days (closed Sunday & Monday). If it is urgent, please contact the salon directly via text @ 813.352.4713.

Please Note: All Dolled Up Salon has the right to deny any service that we don't feel is the best fit. Our stylist DO NOT specialize or offer formal styling, perms, vivid coloring, extensive corrective work, or short haircuts such as stacked bobs, pixies, mullets, etc. We are currenlty scheduling 3-6 weeks in advance for weekday appointments and 10-16 weeks for evening or saturday appointments.
