REGULATIONS CONCERNS

Currently proposed FAA regulations consider (among other things) enforcing Remote ID capabilies to all model aircraft, except when flown in dedicated sites managed by officially recognized CBOs.

At the same time, FAA recognizes these uncertainties:

• Capability to retrofit existing aircraft with Remote ID equipment
• Subscription Fees required for Remote ID communication
• Increased travel to CBO flying fields
• Number of affected recreational flyiers - that's you!

This survey gives us the opportunity to add numbers to these concerns - and possibly raise more.
