The NCCC-Tyler will be hosting Women Wellness Weeken Texas. This is Cervical Cancer Awarness event that will include a interactive Health and Wellness panel, keynote speaker, survivor stories, vendors, entertainment, and more.

Booth Information

Booth Prices are $25.00 per table w/2 chairs.

Booths are rented on a first come, first served basis. We can accommodate up to 25 vendors.

Vendor tables will be assigned a Booth Number upon reciept, that number is how you will locate your table.

VENDOR BINGO

 

Women Wellness Weekend will have a variety of vendors providing both goods and services.  In an effort to ensure that all booths are visited by everyone, we will host a vendor bingo.

Each vendor's name is put on bingo card and each guest has to visit your table to receive a sticker on your square, once all squares are filled, card goes into drawing for door prizes.

Important Event Information

Event begins at 1:00pm on March 7, 2020, and ends at 5:00pm. Booth setup begins at 11:30am on March 7,2020. Booths must be completed no later than 12:45pm. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths.
