Orders will be subjected to a 8% labor/production/ packaging charge itemized on your invoice for all food items.
All orders, other than grazing tables, require a minimum 72 hour notice cancellation.Tables require a minimum one week cancellation. Refunds will be given as a CREDIT ONLY toward an Amazing Grazing purchase at a later available date. If the 72 hour or one week cancellation period is not met, a credit will not be issued. Credits cannot be used on Holiday's or same week of a Holiday. Thank you for your understanding. Deposits are required on any order larger than $500.00. Deposits secure your space and are non refundable regardless of cancellation. A 50% is required to save your event date. You will be billed for the remainder of your event three weeks prior to the booking date. All Gift Certificates expire within a six month date listed on certificate.
Amazing Grazing ONLY accepts Venmo, Major Credit Cards, and cash at this time. CHECKS or CASH accepted on a case by case basis. If you're order is very large and you're an established business, a check payment can be agreed upon.
You may call anytime at 805.635.8484 to place an order if you would prefer, rather than submitting an order form. You will be sent an invoice via email. Once an order is received and your email is sent, you have 48 hours to complete the booking process. We accept orders Monday through Saturday, Sundays on an exceptional basis.
