Finn Lowery Foundation - Annual Award Nomination Form
The Finn Lowery Foundation was established in 2019 in memory of Finn Lowery. The purpose of the Foundation is to promote mental health and wellness as well as recognise and promote courage and excellence from individuals within the waterpolo community. This application form is to be used to apply for funding from the Foundation to assist with an individual's aspirations in their chosen pursuit whether it be in waterpolo, other sporting, academic or community based endeavours. In assessing each application, Trustees will focus on excellence, courage, commitment and service. Special consideration will be made to those who have experienced or are experiencing hardship or other challenged circumstances. Successful applicants will be invited to share how the scholarship has assisted with their chosen pursuit.
