This page is intended for use by ExecuHome Realty agents only. This page should be used when an agent wishes to request a change to their existing commission program/structure as allowed by ExecuHome's Agent Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA).

Use of this webform is the ONLY acceptable way to request a change.

Throughout the course of the year, ExecuHome Realty grants the Licensee their choice of commission program/structure. This Agreement contains the initial set of commission terms used to compensate the Licensee. In order to change their commission program/structure with ExecuHome Realty, the Licensee understands and agrees to the following guidelines:

A. Broker has established three (3) dates in which commission programs/structures can be changed. These dates are the ONLY dates throughout any year that commission program/structure changes will be honored.

1. January 1st 
2. May 1st
3. September 1st

B. Licensee must give sixty (60) days advance notice to Broker prior to the date(s) listed above notifying Broker of his intention to change commission program/structure and under which commission program/structure Licensee chooses to be compensated.

C. Licensee’s account with Broker must be current and paid (up-to-date) to be eligible for any change in commission program/structure.

D. Contract or listing ratification date as determined by sole discretion of Broker is the date as to determine which commission program/structure will be implemented to compensate Licensee for any transaction.

E. Licensees must be on their chosen commission program/structure for six (6) months before switching.
