IDOE Programmatic Self-Audit Assessment
This self-audit assessment is a proactive tool to be used to predict audit probability and monitor the overall compliance of LEA Federally-funded program practices. The assessment should be completed with the involvement of all program administrators and LEA administrative staff as necessary.
IDOE will not collect or analyze any specific data related to an individual LEA. However, data will be collected on an aggregate level for IDOE to deliver resources and training. This assessment is an informal and anonymous evaluation. Its singular purpose is to provide a structure to evaluate and annually review Federally-funded programmatic practices. The topics covered in this assessment are not all-encompassing and should not be used for legal guidance.
