1. Our Service is FREE to you and using us will never add a dime of cost to your lease or subtract from any Specials being offered to you. In fact our individual services are designed to help you identify market savings that you would have otherwise missed.

2. In exchange for our Locator Services to you, we would appreciate it if you would agree to use us as your exclusive Rental Agent during this process and inform us if you wish to discontinue our relationship. We are paid our commission once you sign your lease agreement and will give you 110% for as long as we are working with you.
