We invite all vendors and interested businesses to apply for space at the 2020 New Mexico Wine Festival in Las Cruces, taking place during Memorial and Labor Day weekends. This form may be used to apply for space at either event.
Please note the association is focused on keeping the event fresh and new continuously in order to satisfy the attendees and keep bringing them back to an event that looks and feels different every time.
*For that reason we are only allowing a space at one event per year.*

Space is not guaranteed until an application is reviewed, approved and all applicable fees and paperwork is submitted.

Vendor Eligibility: Any licensed business with an approved product is encouraged to apply.
The organizer (New Mexico Wine) reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone, based on issues of balance of like products, timeliness and thoroughness of application, and appropriateness of product to the client base.
All food vendors must have access to a licensed kitchen.
Vendor spaces are assigned based on date when complete applications (including fees) are received.
Due to New Mexico Wine's partnership with the New Mexico Tourism Department, regional vendors will likely be chosen over national brands.
Food Truck or 20x20 food tent - $550
10x20 Professional Tented Vendor space - $400
Electricity 110V - $50
Specialty Electrcity - $100
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Please allow 2 weeks for the review process.
Upon acceptance, detailed information needed and required will be emailed to you. Payment in full and necessary paperwork will be required to be submitted within 15 days.
Note: As the event draws closer, payment and paperwork will be due sooner. If paperwork and payment has not been received you will not be allowed on festival grounds.

Unique products, foods, or services.
Photos are required as part of the application process. A vendor will not be accepted if a photo is not submitted of product(s), booth, or truck set-up. If a food truck please submit a picture of your truck.
