Please enroll my child(ren) into the following Before & After School Program for the 2023-2024 school year.

These fees are annual charges unless otherwise noted, and are based on the school calendar. Fees are paid in advance or in monthly payments beginning in August for 10 months.

Any hours that exceed the plan's limit will be charged an hourly drop-in rate.

Drop-in Rate (Day): $80/day, Non-school days, by pre-arrangement:

Drop-in Rate (Hour): $20/hour, Rounded up by the 1/2 hour.

Late Pickup Fee (After 5:30p.m.): $15 per 5 minutes

Change of Service Fee: $35 A change of service will be allowed one-time per school year at no charge. Additional changes will incur a fee of $35.
