1. Recruitment by Design
1.1 With the permission of all our candidates we may offer details inclusive but not limited to; smoking status, age, gender, cultural beliefs, languages spoken, physical appearance, hobbies and interests, distance willing to travel, TRUE availability, dietary beliefs, fears and phobias, allergies, skills, experience & more.
1.2 Where possible we request 3 business days to interview on your behalf should we not have suitable people in our data base ready to send to meet with you.
1.3 The employer agrees to notify LiNK Recruiting before an official offer of employment has been made to the recruit, this is to ensure we have the wage subsidies agreement in place before any shifts commence.
1.4 The employer agrees to send notification of any assistance needed, absenteeism, disciplinary hearings or terminations to LiNK Recruiting at your earliest opportunity.
1.5 In all cases where possible LiNK Recruiting conduct all reference checks of the recruits submitted for your consideration. Should the employer require any HR assistance after employment has been offered this is also included within reason i.e. performance management meetings, notifying recruits of termination etc.
