  • CSA offers a Pre-Arrival Enrollment Program so you can have internet access when you arrive. If you do not wish to sign up for this program then you will need to have a German Bank account with an IBAN number before you can sign up for internet service.

  • Pre-Arrival Enrollment Program Terms and Conditions (On Siedlung)

    • Initial payment will be made via PayPal to include the Vodafone activation/delivery fees and 2 full months of service.
    • The customer agrees to pay CSA the additional $65 pre-arrival activation fee. This amount will be billed after arrival at post.
    • The customer will provide banking information prior to the end of the second month of service, and the auto draft from Vodafone will be switched to the customer’s account.
    • The customer agrees to pay the second PayPal bill for funds paid to Vodafone on their behalf that are not covered with initial payment. This amount will be calculated, and billed after the banking information is received.

  • Notice About Vodafone

    • Termination Notice: You may terminate your subscription within 2 weeks of ordering, or if you have received the hardware before the notice period ends by returning the hardware. The termination period begins with the acceptance of this information in writing, however not before the contract begins and not before the hardware had been received by the customer as well as not before the completion of our information rights following paragraph 312 Abs.2BGB in connection with 1 Abs.1,2 and 4BGB InfoV. To terminate your subscription, please complete the cancellation form found on this website.
    • Contract Length: The 24 month contract with Vodafone begins on the day service begins. The contract renews itself automatically for 12 months unless a written termination letter is received 1 month prior to the end of the contract.
    • Change of Service: Please note that if you sign up for services with Vodafone, you are entering a legally binding contract. Changes to your service after the initial 2 week period are not permitted, unless you are upgrading your services. Upgraded services will be billed at a higher monthly fee and will include additional activation fees.
