Media Service Cancellation Request
Since all the cable, internet and telephone services are wired through the same line into your apartment, we must terminate all services on the same day.

If you are departing the Frankfurt area, Vodafone requires a copy of your orders and 1 month’s notice. If you are remaining in the Frankfurt area, Vodafone requires three month’s notice to terminate services.

Vodafone will try to debit your bank account for your final Vodafone bill, which will be available only after your services have been terminated. You are allowed to keep your bank account (either at Community Bank or any local German bank) open for 90 days after you depart Germany so that your final Vodafone payment can be withdrawn from your account. If your bank account is closed or has insufficient funds to pay your final bill, Vodafone will MAIL your final bill to your Departing Sponsor. Please make the appropriate financial arrangements with your Departing Sponsor PRIOR to leaving post.
To avoid additional charges, all hardware must be returned. Our confirmation of your cancellation comes with detailed information about returning hardware.
