G.USA Temporary Account Freeze Request

We are hoping clients that are able to keep their account open, do so, and do not freeze. We truly need the support from our community in order to stay in business… from those who can of course. Those that do not freeze their accounts will keep accumulating makeups, stay enrolled in virtual classes (receiving coach's feedback) and be able to attend free events once we reopen. Again, this will not be your normal tuition rate but $29.95.

At this moment, for clients that are financially struggling, we are allowing temporary account freezes while our doors are closed. If you need to do an account freeze, you will not be charged while during the closure. However, once we reopen our doors, you will still retain your spot, not have to renew your membership, and automatically go back into the already set cycle payments. We do not normally allow such freezes but are trying to help families who are currently in need.

AS OF 5/15/20:
By filling out the below form, you are placing your account on a temporary freeze. This means you will not be charged for the June 8th, 2020 cycle, but will automatically be charged starting July 6th, 2020.

If you filled out this form prior to May 19th,
you will need to submit again
if you wish to extend past June 8th.
If you do not submit again you will be charged June 8th as that is when we will be reopening.
