Unfortunately no refund can be made without a receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
Please make sure and have all of the information correct, otherwise we reserve the right to charge for the time involved if this is not correct.
As you are being refunded for an item you have purchased this means the item belongs to the property/landlord and will be added to the inventory therefore must be present in the property at the time you leave.
If there is an issue with your request, your Property Manager will contact you to discuss.
