Birthday Party Booking Form

The Fraser River Discovery Centre is located on the traditional territory of the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ and Halq̓eméylem speaking peoples. Territory acknowledgement is one small part of Reconciliation. COVID-19 Policy:
- Masks are mandatory for everyone attending the party.
- Masks may be removed while eating, but must be worn again when done.
- We ask that you wash or sanitize your hands after eating.
- We are continuing to assess risk for our staff and visitors, so we will adjust as conditions change.
- Please refer and adhere to the Fraser River Discovery Centre Visitor Code of Conduct upon arrival at the Centre on the day of your party.
Program Details:
- Birthday parties are offered Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30 – 12:30 or 1:30 – 3:30
- Cost is $180 (+GST) for up to 10 children, $10 for each additional child up to 15
- FRDC Members: $162 (+GST) for up to 10 children, $9 for each additional child up to 15
- Maximum party size is 15 children
- Maximum one adult chaperone per child, excluding the birthday child
- Booking requests must be made at least three weeks in advance of the desired party date
- Additional children may be added in person on the day of the party if total number of children remains 15 or under
- Optional: Green Goodie Bags are $5 / bag
- Additional Goodie Bags may be requested with at least 48hrs ahead of event and paid for at event
- Transportation and parking not included

There’s nothing fishy about how much fun this party will be! Kids will make colorful crafts, play exciting games, and hear a story all about an adventurous fish, as they celebrate in style!

This party will rock you! Kids will make a colorful craft, play exciting games, and learn how wonderous geology can be!

Can You Dig It?

This fun, hands-on, birthday party will have kids uncovering artifacts, solving clues, playing games, and discovering the location of some hidden treasure.

Birthday Parties will not be offered throughout July and August.

Refund Policy
The Fraser River Discovery Centre is a not-for-profit society. Our rates are based on cost-recovery. We will do our best to accommodate your group’s needs, but please understand that notice is required. Please let us know well in advance so that all necessary arrangements can be made and please do not hesitate to contact us at 604 521 8401 ext. 108 if you have any questions or concerns.
- Bookings must be made through our online booking form. If you have questions prior to booking feel free to email us at programs@fraserriverdiscovery.org
- Payment is non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the booked date. Exceptions can be made for technical issues or if an FRDC staff member cancels the program. In both cases rescheduling will be without consequence to the contact.
- At least 14 days notice is required for rescheduling a booking. Less than 14 days notice will result in a $20.00 surcharge to the account.
- The primary contact for this booking will be billed in full for any cleaning costs and repairs incurred from property damage or unreasonable mess caused by party guests.
