Full payment is due when services are provided. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit. Outside financing is available upon request and approval.
As a courtesy to you, we will help you process all of your dental insurance claims. Please understand that we will provide an insurance estimate to you; however, it is not a guarantee that your insurance will pay exactly as estimated. Insurance coverage is subject to limitations, exclusions, waiting periods, frequency, age restrictions, deductibles, and maximums. All charges you incur are your responsibility, regardless of your insurance coverage. The claims we submit to insurance companies indicate that you have assigned those benefits to Smile Solutions. However, if your insurance company pays you directly, rather than to Smile Solutions, you then become responsible for the total account balance and payment would be expected immediately.
Once the insurance company has paid its portion, you are responsible for any remaining balance upon receipt of the statement. In the event the insurance company does not make payment within 60 days, the account becomes past due and you are responsible for paying this account in full. If the account balance becomes past due, there will be a delinquency charge of 1.5% per month added to the balance due. You will be responsible for this and all costs incurred for billing and/or collections of your account.
