We are thankful you want to be part of the solution and appreciate your patience and thoroughness with this lengthy application. As you know there is a huge need to find great new permanent homes. And as you can understand, this requires us to gather as much information as possible so we can match up the right animal with the right adopter. It is our hopes that you have already done your homework prior to reaching this form. You will need to know what it takes to house, feed and maintain one or more of these amazing animals.

A few reminders:
- You must be 18 years or older to adopt. If you are a parent adopting a tortoise for anyone in your household, you are the applicant and the responsible party.
- Your outdoor habitat must already be prepared.
- You must provide current photos at the end of the application including a piece of paper with your name and date in each photo. (This verifies they are authentic and recent)
- If you don't already have a reptile Vet, you will need to do your research and pick one.
- Local Texas adoptions only. We do not ship our animals.
