#1 -FASTEST -No Notification: We come and inspect at our convenience and get back to you with questions or an estimate. You do not have to be there and we need access to the repair project. If location is not easy accessible please let me know how to access the repairs. Please let us know if there any pets that we should be aware of.#2-MEDIUM-You Need Notification: We notify you of an approximate range of day and time ( it may be the same day as the notification) and come and inspect at our convenience and get back to you with questions or an estimate. You do not have to be there. The same info as "Fastest" applies.#3-SLOWEST- You need an appointment and you need to be there - Usually we have to find a block of time and it has to coordinate with your availability time. We are very busy most of the time and sometimes this can slow things down to estimate the project.
