Reserve Meeting Space

Space at the VelocityTX Innovation Center is available to reserve at the following rates (subject to availability). The submission of this form does not guarantee booking. A VelocityTX staff member will reach out to you to confirm the availability of the meeting space.

Each meeting room is equipped with a camera, speakers, and Smart Screen with the following:

Google Chrome
Microsoft Teams
Newline Cast (wireless screen sharing)
WebEx
Zoom

Please note that the VelocityTX Innovation Center meeting space is typically available to reserve during normal business hours Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday 8:30am-3:00pm.

The following fees will apply to after-hour meetings:

$100/hr after-hours surcharge
$100/hr security fee
$100 after-hours cleaning fee

By default, the Community Resource Center is arranged into the U-shape layout shown above. A $25 labor fee may apply for rearranging the room.

Cocktail tables and black linens are available at a rental fee of $15/table. Please indicate how many are needed for your meeting.*

Following your meeting, we ask that your group clear out any excessive trash and check that the room is left in the condition it was provided. Clorox wipes are available in each room for clean up. If excessive mess is left in the room, a $25 labor fee for cleaning may apply.*
