First Interior Inspection Checklist - 2026 Parade of Homes
Interior Completion Items - These items are required to be completed by 2/4/2026 - 9:00 am. The general purpose of the first inspection is for the interior of the Home to be complete so as to not interfere with or delay the decorator.
Builder may be subject to a "call out fine" of $1,000 if the house is determined as "not ready for Inspection" - obviously not ready for inspection with many items not complete. Builder should notify the SUHBA staff at 435-674-1400 or Mari at 435-862-0008, if the home isn't ready prior to an inspection team coming out to the home to avoid the fine. First inspection is scheduled for 9 am on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
