IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT DIMIXY MEDIA PRODUCTION BEFORE PROCESSING YOUR REGISTRATION.

 

a)      Dimixy Media Production is a private company own by Yakubu Ibrahim.

b)      You're not allowed to join another Production, Club, and Group before or after becoming a member of Dimixy Media Production.To avoid any misunderstanding or misbehavior. Except legal Football fans club, Traditional music club, Association and Organizations.

c)      All members must be serious, passionate, and willing to sacrifice (Financially, Time) for the production.

d)     You're not allow to be featured in any other jobs (Movie, Music, Any kind of video) without informing or notification from the director or management of the job owner. Penalty; #2000 and the person will miss 2 consistent Activities of the Dimixy Media Production.

e)      No fund, Cash or property shall be giving to me any day I choose to leave or resign.

f)       Dimixy Music Record (DMR) For our talented singers. Dimixy Starz Dancer (DSD) for our talented dancers.

g)      All members must pay their monthly due #200.

h)     You won't be allow to participate in any of our jobs or feature in any job (inside or outside) if you are owning the Production monthly due or any Finning leveled against you.

i)        All members have the Following right: (1) Access to the Production Studio, (2) Promotion (All our Social Media Platform), (3) Opportunity to Act in Nollywood Films, (4) Production Skills (Scriptwriting, Directing, Producing, DOP, Editing, Audio Producing, Graphic Design, Website Developer, Set Design Effect Make-up) (5) Production Equipment, (6) Free Recording, (7) Free music Videos for Promotion. CONDITIONS: (a) Record shows you’re serious and activeness. (b) You must be active on our social media platform. (c) Advertising the Production. (d) You must not own monthly due and other charges leveled against you.

j)       You're free to establish or start your own Production, Record Label ETC, at your convenient time. CONDITIONS: (a) you must not own monthly due and other charges leveled against you.

k)     You're not allowed to disobey or disrespect any order from any executive. Penalty; Suspend and return with apology letter with the sum of #1000

l)        Disrespect the director or disobeying his order. Penalty; Expel!

CONSTITUTION

 

ISSUEING OF THE FORM, CONSTITUTION & TAG

1.  Purchasing of the Form & Tag; (Manual Payment)

 

a.       The prize of the form is #5000.

b.      The form can only be issue to you in the meeting.

c.       Pay the Amount of the form to the treasurer the form and the constitution will be given to you.

d.      You are advised to read the important notice and theconstitution before filling the form.

e.       You are to finish filling it and return it in our next meeting.

f.       Failure to return the form in our next meeting, the form will be expire and you're expected to purchase another one. Except unconditional reasons.

 

2.  Purchasing of the form (Online payment)

a.       Pay the sum of #5000 (Five Thousand Naira) into the following account (transfer is not allowed.)

b.      Go to a cyber café with the following: A passport photograph and your bank teller. Visit our website: www.dimixymediaproduction.blogspot.com. Click on APPLY or JOIN US.

c.        Read the agreement carefully before you proceed. Fill the form and type your bank teller number and submit.

d.      You are advised to read the constitution before filling the form.

a.      After 48 hours. The form will be sent to your WhatsApp  (for quick access) as a PDF format, print  it  out, read  the production constitution  carefully and give  it to your  witness to fill and sign. Witness needed: Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Aunty,Your Community Leader or Chairman, Local Govt,Chairman. (Any of  the Above)

 

b.      Photocopy your form, teller and submit to the Production Coordinator if you’re coming for the membership Audition in any of the branch. (Abuja,Kogi State)

 

RULES GUIDING EXECUTIVE AND THE GENERAL RULES 

3.  Rules Guiding Executive;

 

a.       Any executive member who fails to perform his/her duties well, after three times warning, vote of no confidence will be passed on him or her.

b.      The position of such officer will be replaced immediately by appointing somebody else by the Director as may be agreed by the house.

c.       Executive members must not miss monthly meeting and prayer except special or serious condition.

d.      The above (c) attract a sum of #200

 

4.  General Rules or Requirement;

 

a.       The Dimixy media production shall meet monthly and on the last Sundays of every month by 4pm for general meeting.

The DimixyMedia Production shall also meet first Friday of the month for prayer

b.      Any other day agreed by director and the general house shall be observed.

c.       In the case of any eventuality, the general meeting of the Dimixy Media Production shall be shifted to any other convenient time as may be agreed by the director general house.

d.      Any member who fails to attend the monthly meeting for three (3) consecutive times without a genie reason and the person no longer show concern about the production shall not be consider as a member he/she will have to re-register if the director agreed to take him/her back.

e.       Every new member shall be on probation for three (3) months after he/she will be confirmed for full member.

f.       No member of this noble production shall belong to any illegal cultism.

g.      Any member found guilty of the above offend (9) shall be automatically expel.

h.      Missing any meeting without permission;Fining#200.

i.        Missing meeting without genie reason approved by the production; Fining #100

j.        Meeting start 4:00pm and ends 6:00pm, Coming late to the meeting; Fining #50

k.      Late excuse is prohibited

 

5.  General Conduct;

a.       All members of the Dimixy Media Productionshall be distinguished by the garment of love, Respect, joy, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness and self-control.

b.      Immorality, scandal, fighting and anti-social behaviors such as (public smoking, sexual harassment etc.) are seriously frowned at.

c.       Any member found to be habitually engaged in any of the above misconduct shall be considered for dismissal from the production by the director

d.      Shall be suspended for 1 months and shall not attend at least 3 (three) of our outing or activities.

e.       The same person as mentioned in (d) above shall at the expiration of the suspension resume with an apology letter and the sum of #1000 promising never to engaged in such again.

f.       Any member found be disrespectful shall be deliberated on by the general house on the penalty to announced and finalize by the director.

g.      The director has the final say over every decision taking in the production.

h.      The Production Constitution and the important notice can be adjust or edit at any time.

 

6.   Rehearsals and Locations

a.       Coming late to rehearsal or location with a genie reason approved by the director is prohibited. Fining:#200

b.      Absent from rehearsal without a genie reason approve by the director; Fining #500 and you will be disqualified in the role giving to you.

c.       Making noise or disturbing in the rehearsal venue is prohibited; Fining; #50

d.      Coming late to Location or Programs; Fining #500

e.       If you have a role to play in a Location/Program and you we're Absent without a geniereason approved by the director is prohibited; Penalty #1000 and you will miss two (2) production Activities.

f.       Any disappointment caused by you that lead to any damages of the production Location or Program.  Penalty: the person shall pay for the project (Any charges that is claimed by the production.

g.      You've the right to say it if you don't want to play the role giving to you in any project.

h.      You've the right to say if you want to participate in any project or program. You're expect to say it early before the rehearsal start or any role be giving to you.

VISSION BENEFICIARIES AND CONDITIONS

1.  Too assist ourselves in any ramifications within our power.

CONDITION:

a.       The activeness and punctuality of the member.

 

2.  To empower ourselves especially: Financially from the Dimixy Media Production revenue.

CONDITION:

a.       The activeness and punctuality of the member.

b.      Instead of paying the amount offered as empowerment to you, you shall pay only 100%.

c.       Before a beneficiary of the empowerment is given another of be empowered every other members must have benefited.

d.      Any member of persons within Dimixy Media Production could be empowered in within a year.

e.       A maximum duration of 5 months shall be given to the beneficiaries to pay back.

f.        When the beneficiary’s fails to comply within the said period, reason shall be considered and deliberated on in the general meeting: hence, necessary actions taken.

 

3.  To give moral advise to ourselves especially when we feel any member of Dimixy Media Production is going astray.

CONDITION:

a.       The necessary action as stated by the constitution shall be taken on such person. If he fails to heed the advice.

 

4.  To come together and host a contestant show with an award presentation and other entertainment actives (Dimixy Talent Hunt).

CONDITION:

a.       Every Members must pay in full their due, hence, in the same attire.

 

5.  To collectively celebrate with any member of Dimixy Media Production who may have one reason or the other for celebration.

CONDITION:

a.       Record must show that the members are an active one.

b.      Every member must be present at the ceremony and in the attire of the year.

c.       Any members, who for any reason travel within 2 weeks to the said celebration, shall be fined #500.

d.      Any member of Dimixy Media Production who is around but failed to attend the said celebration shall be fined the sum of #1000 except with genius reason with prove..

 

6.  Sponsoring members’ ofDimixy Media Production for apprenticeship on any handy work of their choice.

CONDITION:

a.       Willingness from the side of the intending beneficiary.

b.      Activities and punctuality at meetings.

c.       Consent from the parents of the intending beneficiary.

 

7.  Shall offer loans to any member who may urgently need money: (inconveniences) specify when the said money shall be refund.

CONDITION:

a.       Activeness and punctuality at meeting

b.      The beneficiary shall pay the exact amount offered to him as a loan

c.       Parents/sibling will have to fill a form before the said loan shall be offered.

d.      A duration of 5 months shall be given for the said loan to be paid back

.

8.  To empower Dimixy Media Production materially.

CONDITION:

a.       Activeness and punctuality at meetings.

b.      The exact amount of money used in buying the material shall be retired.

c.       Duration of 10 month shall be given for the money to be returned.

 

9.  Loan shall be offered to any member of Dimixy Media Production who may urgently need money (Convenience celebration of birthday, wedding, freedom, setting up business). Specify when the said loan shall be refunded.

CONDITION:

a.       Activeness and punctuality are the criteria

b.      The same amount of money given as loan as be refund with an addition of 10%.

c.       Duration of 3 months shall be given to the beneficiary to return the total amount.
