A $25.00 REGISTRATION FEE IS DUE FOR EACH STUDENT FOR THE SUMMER SESSION. THIS REGISTRATION FEE IS ONLY PAID ONCE PER STUDENT AND CAN BE WAIVED BY REFERRING TWO NEW STUDENTS TO CLASSIC DANCE ACADEMY.
THE $25.00 REGISTRATION FEE IS DUE AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Student Policies & Liability Waiver
ATTENTION PARENTS: Help your child(ren) to be successful by bringing them to all their classes on time, properly attired and well rested.
Dress codes will be strictly enforced. (Specific shoes listed are required)
Ballet: Female Students: Pre-ballet-Advanced: Pink tights, solid colored leotard, hair neatly pulled back in a bun. Pink Ballet shoes (from a dance wear store).
Ballet: Male Students: Pre-ballet-Advanced: Male Students: White T-shirt, shorts or black tights and black or white ballet shoes.
Jazz: Tan or black Jazz shoes, tight fitting shirt and pants (“capris” preferred) or shorts that are appropriate length.
Lyrical: Tan or black Jazz shoes or “pedini” sandals, leotard/shirt and tight-fitting pants.
Tap: Tap shoes, leotard/shirt and tight-fitting pants (“capris” preferred) or shorts that are appropriate length.
Hip-Hop: Sneakers or jazz shoes, loose fitting dance attire.
All Classes: No bulky jewelry. Students must wear street clothes when entering or exiting the building.
Classic Dance Academy expects students to exhibit proper etiquette during class time, on Classic Dance Academy premises, and while representing Classic Dance Academy. Any student observed not demonstrating proper behavior during class may be asked to leave class.
All classes and teachers are subject to change. An appropriate substitute teacher will be present if a scheduled teacher is unable to attend. Placement and advancement in levels is the decision of the artistic staff together with the academy director.
Students arriving more than 10 minutes late for class may be asked to observe class and not participate. Students should be picked up from their class(es) immediately after class has ended. Anyone required to stay with your student(s) longer than ten minutes after their class(es) have ended will be paid $1 per minute, per student, beginning the 11th minute. This fee will be paid by the parent/guardian of the student(s).
Email is Classic Dance Academy’s primary method of contact. All communication regarding schedule changes, upcoming events, news, etc. will be emailed to you. Please update the front desk if you have a change in your e-mail account. If you select “do not send emails to family” you WILL NOT receive vital information! We do not share your email address with anyone! It is also important to check the information board regularly.
We are not responsible for your child before or after class, on or off our premises. Please escort your child to and from class.
We are not responsible for any accident or injury that might occur on Classic Dance Academy premises or in any performance venue.
Photos may be taken of students for publicity. I give permission for this student’s likeness to be used in Classic Dance Academy materials, understanding that these photos are not available to any other interested parties.
