  • *Note for Rehires:  Staff must have separated less than 1 year ago, and confirmed by HR that they are eligible for rehire.  Staff that separated over 12 months ago need to go through the entire New Hire Process again.

  • **All wage increases and status changes MUST BE APPROVED by the Human Resources Director.  Provide a REASON for the CHANGE requested.


  • **REMINDER: 

    Seasonal Staff include Summer Positions, i.e. Outdoor Lifeguards, Day Camp or Residential Camp Staff, Before And After School Staff

    Temporary Staff include Referees or Coaches for one season, interns, some Child Care workers, temp-to-hire

    A Start Date and End Date is Required.

    • *NOTE:  Changing the HOME GL and/or Wage Rate can cause an error in payment for other GLs if not set up properly in the wage rate program. Please be sure all other GLs are set up in the system to accommodate the HOME GL/Wage change, as well as informing other supervisors if the Employee is shared.
