A deposit of $8000 per person is required to complete booking the reservation. We will contact you with follow up e-mail with instructions for making your deposit. Note that your spot is NOT secured until your deposit is received and all requests are taken on a first come, first served basis.

A current passport valid for at least 6 months after entry is required. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Cancellation Policy:*

Botswana 2026 Workshop. A 50% refund of the deposit fee (per person) will be returned if written notice of cancellation is received by Backcountry Gallery LLC at least 120 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refund any monies for "no show" or cancellations received less than 120 days prior to arrival. All refunds will be issued via bank check, no refunds will be issued via credit card. By checking the box you agree that you have read and understand the cancellation policy above.
