    REQUIREMENTS: Working vehicle,one camera phone with data and one player must have a public Facebook and Instagram profile

    As team leader I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety as well as the safety and well-being of my team during the RoamTT scavenger hunt. I willingly and knowingly assume for myself, and my team members, all risk of physical injury and emotional upset which may occur during the RoamTT scavenger hunt, and I hereby agree to deem RoamTT, officially called Roam Travels Trinidad and Tobago, its employees, sponsors and/or volunteers, harmless from any and all liability arising out of the team's participation in the hunt. I agree not to take any action, or direct others to take any action, that violates the law or puts myself or others at risk. I will also ensure that my team honors the rules of locations visited during the hunt.

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT ONE TEAM MEMBER MUST BE DEDICATED TO DO ALL POSTS THROUGH-OUT THE DAY. THIS PERSON MUST BE ON BOTH FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM AND MUST HAVE THEIR PROFILE OPEN ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

    Once you have chosen WiiPay as your preferred method of payment, an online invoice will be sent to you within 24hrs via email. 

    1. WiiPay Invoice - Once you have chosen "WiiPay" as your preferred method of payment, an online invoice will be sent in your name via email within 24hrs. Once this invoice is sent you can proceed to use your credit card to pay using the link in the email. 

    2. Wiipay Vouchers (Cash at Lotto Booths) - If you will like to pay with cash you can visit any local lotto booth to purchase a Wiipay Top Up Voucher which can be applied to the online invoice sent to you via email.

    Once payment is made a picture or screenshot of the receipt/payment transfer must be emailed to roamttevents@gmail.com, be sure to mention the team name in the email.
