2026 Parade of Homes - Exhibit 4 - Final Home Inspection Checklist

Home must be completely finished including, but not limited to, the following items by 2/10/2026 by 9:00 am.

Builder may be subject to a "call out fine" of $1,000 if the house is determined as "not ready for Inspection" - obviously not ready for inspection with many items not complete. Builder should notify the SUHBA staff at 435-674-1400 or Mari at 435-862-0008, if the home isn't ready prior to an inspection team coming out to the home to avoid the fine. Final inspection is scheduled for 9 am on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
