• Custom Skin Request

    This is an contractual agreement between "Phresh Customs" and customer. Be advised that custom skins take two to three weeks to complete, in order to make this interaction as professional as possible you must fill this form out so there is no miscommunication on either parts. Rates are 20k($80 USD) for custom skins, 23k ($90 USD) for custom skin +makeup, body enhancements such as tattoos/freckles/beauty marks are considered extra and are an additional 1kL$(5USD). A deposit of half the total amount is required before the transaction starts. All customs made by "Phresh Customs" comes with body appliers, remember to choose your correct Mesh body. All customers must respect the timing of the creator, if the creator feels rushed at any time "Phresh" reserves the right to deny completion of product, and the right to keep deposit. This creator reserves the right to decline any request for custom due to disrespect, impatience, or aggressiveness. If the customer refuses to pay at anytime the creator has the right to resell the product to public. Upon filling out this contractual agreement you must understand the terms and conditions in its entirety.

  • Terms of Service

    You are not granted permission for resale,transferring, or recreating any of work sold to you as the customer. You may not obtain any material of custom to reuse or sell to any person. All content created for said customer has one copy only and will not be sold to anyone other than person who ordered said item,unless the customer refuses to pay. By signing this form you agree to the TOS and the contract.
