TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking
A booking does not constitute the creation of a contract and teacher reserves the right to decline to process a booking for any reason whatsoever. If the booking is not able to be fulfilled the teacher will promptly refund all monies.

All payments are to be made in full upon reservation - unless a payment plan has been arranged. Love Your Birth reserves the right to cancel your space on the course should payment not be received within 48 hours of us confirming your space on the course.

Where travelling expenses are included, these will be worked at the time of enquiry and payment needs to be included along with the course payment.

Love Your Birth can provide payment plans on request, at least 50% of the total course fee must be paid before beginning in this instance.

Deposits are non-refundable.
Participant Cancellation
Should your baby arrive before the course is due to take place or in the unlikely event that the course is cancelled, the course fee will be repaid back into the original bank account from which payment was made. Under no other circumstances will we be able to provide a refund.

Should you need to cancel or change the course dates in-between 15 and 0 calendar days prior to the first course date 100% of the course fee will apply.

Should you need to cancel or change the course dates in-between 30 and 16 calendar days prior to the first course date 50% of the course fee will apply.

Should you need to make any cancellations or changes to the course dates at least 31 calendar days prior to your first course date an administration fee of £10 will be charged.
Course Cancellation
The teacher reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to any price increase.
Intellectual property
Any recording or written material included as part of this course or arising from this course and all rights worldwide (including Intellectual Property Rights) relating thereto respectively are the sole property of Katharine Graves, KG Hypnobirthing Ltd, or others from whom such rights may be derived (whether or not protected by trademark and copyright laws) and may not be used other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining prior written permission. The participant agrees not to record the course or any part thereof.
