Please note that a cost of £20 per day will be applied if this is not available during the service. If WIFI is not available we can’t guarantee that the service will be completed according to schedule as phone coverage cannot be guaranteed.
It is advisable to white list Parago on your proxy:
- Port 80 app.parago.co.uk
- Port 443 login.parago.co.uk
Our Parago auditors will be completing the Asset Discovery service on a tablet/phone and our devices will need to able to access our website and apps without any error messages. If we need to install a certificate to access the internet, we will need someone to install this for us or provide us with a contact number for someone who can talk us through the process, at the beginning of the asset discovery service. If this is not completed it will delay the Asset Discovery Service.
Our standard procedure is when tablets are within secure cases our auditor will tag the outside of the case. In all other circumstances we will make an effort to asset tag the body of the device.
Our auditors may need to use their mobile phones for a number of reasons during the service. Our auditors will only be using their personal phones to help them with the service.
