Criteria Questions:
1. Describe how the nominee has made significant and enduring contributions to publishing (40%)*
2. Describe the specific ways in which the nominee and his or her published work has done to bring awareness to a situation; to solve problems and deliver solutions; to enhance the entertainment of others, etc. (40%).*
3. Describe the characteristics that make the author a role model for other authors … as well readers of their book(s). Identify specific positive changes that the nominee's contributions have made that will inspire others, by published work and outreaches to communities, causes, fans (20%).*
