Nomination for the 2026 Outstanding Employer of the Year Award and 2026 Brant Taylor Barrier Free Success Award
The Greensboro Mayor’s Committee for Persons with Disabilities is pleased to recognize local employers who contribute to the employment and empowerment of people with disabilities each year and one local individual/organization that has worked to create a barrier free environment. Winners will be honored at the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Awards.

NOMINATION PROCESS

Outstanding Employer of the Year
Recognizes employers who demonstrate outstanding achievements towards improving employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Given to employers with an exceptional record of hiring and/or facilitating employment for people with disabilities, and that have made efforts toward a barrier free environment.

Brant Taylor Barrier Free Success Award
Recognizes and honors an individual or organization thathas made significant contributions to creating a barrier free environment forpersons with disabilities.
