• Grace Calendar/Facilities or Communications Request Form

    Please fill out only what you currently need to communicate. If you do not have the information for a certain section answer "no" for that section and you can leave a note that you will be sending it in the future. When you do have the information, you can fill out the form again just in the sections that apply. For example, if you know you need to reserve a date, you would only complete the calendar section, but put "no" to the Connection or website sections. Then later you would return and put "no" the calendar, and complete the sections you need.

    • IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!

      Those planning fund-raising efforts must present a written proposal of their plans to the Session for approval (ordinarily at least a month in advance of the effort). Please fill out the Fundraiser Application online or print out the form below and give it to the office, either in person or email grace@gracedover.com. You can check the calendar here to find the date of the next future session meeting.

    • A calendar request is required for any time rooms or resources at Grace Church are needed and for all Grace ministry events which need communication, both on-campus and off.

      Typically we can schedule the doors to the south building to unlock for a short period of time around the start of an event. Usually for 30-45 minutes, beginning 15 minutes prior to the start time. You will still need someone present who has alarm and key access to the building. Please indicate below if you would like to set this up. Contact the office if you have any questions.

    • The Connection 
    • Announcements for the Connection are due by 12:00 NOON Tuesday. Content must be related to a Grace ministry or ministry partner. Office staff retain editorial privilege/responsibility. Most announcements will run up to 2 weeks and at the discretion of the office staff and according to space available.

    • The scheduling of separate emails is determined at the discretion of the church staff, based on the priority of the message compared to other communications. The office staff reserves the right to make editorial changes. If you have any graphics or attachments you would like to include, you can do so later in this form.

      Sign-up and/or event promotion will be limited to two events in the Connector Hallway each Sunday. There will be 2 easels available to hang a sign. We require when using an easel that it will be manned after both services to answer any questions. You will be able to reserve the easel no more than 2 weeks in a row, but you may reserve it more than once, with time between. You can call the office if you would like to see if you can extend the reservation.
