Thank you for your interest to be part of the National Digital Skills Register.
What is the National Digital Skills Register (NDSR)?
It is an initiative by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation to guide Malaysians in their digital upskilling journey, particularly in the areas of data science, cybersecurity, digital creative content, software development and Internet of Things.
How will this be done?
The NDSR will list quality training programmes on digital skills which have strong demand from employers. This list will be validated against the Digital Skills Industry Framework (jointly developed by HRDF, MDEC and PIKOM) and verified by practitioners from the digital and data sectors.
How can my organisation participate?
Please complete the application form below. All the information obtained in this form will strictly be used only for the purpose of NDSR processing. Courses/certifications submitted will be evaluated by an expert panel of digital tech industry practitioners.
This application form is only for Data Science certification/courses. Submission of other certification/courses will be opened at a later date.
Among the criteria for NDSR are:
Demand data for proposed course/certification
Course content & structure
Project & case study used during training
Track record (employer/industry validation, recognised certification, employment rate and/or success stories)
Qualified and experienced trainer(s)
Training providers will be invited for a 15-minute clarification session during the presentation to the Digital eXpert Panel (DXP). An email will be sent to short-listed training providers once the period of restricted movement ends.
Interested training providers are encouraged to go through the form and have the details ready before filling up the form.
Deadline for submission is on April 10th, 2020 (5 PM)
