    ****Rental of the parish hall is restricted to parish sponsored activities, receptions for weddings held at St. Thomas the Apostle, and wedding rehearsal dinners for weddings held at St. Thomas the Apostle.**** Complete this form to request an event (one-time or recurring) such as a meeting, prayer ministry, or training. Please submit your request 30 days in advance of your event. You will be notified within 2 weeks if your request is approved and who the assigned staff member is for your point of contact. Please email stthomaswedding@sta2.org for wedding requests. Please email St. Thomas Director of Communications at communications@sta2.org if you would like help to advertise and promote your event. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE REQUESTING THE PARISH HALL FOR A WEDDING RECEPTION, THE CAPACITY IS 150 - 200 PEOPLE depending on your set-up.

  • EQUIPMENT NEEDED ( Please check all that you need). Please note that we DO NOT provide technical help. You must be your own tech person or bring a tech person. You must also bring your own computer if you need one. If you have an APPLE, please bring your own adapter.

  • Would you like to have an announcement about the event read at Mass? (Please submit your announcement request one week before you would like the announcement to be said. This means, the request must be in by the end of the day on Friday a week before the requested announcement is to be said. If a request is made after the deadline, it will not be considered until the following deadline. All Mass announcements are at the discretion of the pastor, and are not guaranteed to be announced. Also, the announcement must be concise and no more than 2 sentences.)
