The awards will recognise everything from pure-play digital startups to traditional firms using digital innovation to transform their business.
It will also highlight the use of digital technologies to find new ways to deliver public services, and the artists, creatives and musicians using digital approaches to enhance the life and culture of the city.
The awards are open to individuals based or connected to Wales.
We have 10 categories designed to highlight the key areas of growth and development in our digital industry. The awards reflect the wide scope of skills being employed across the country, whether that be technological development or digital delivery.
The awards will allow relatively mature companies to show off their work as well as highlight the important embryonic work being carried out by imaginative companies and individuals. You may enter as many categories as you wish and multiple entries are permitted for different projects.
Please provide a short but well rounded statement about your nomination. Entries should be results-focused and detail the achievements of the company or individual, providing figures where possible (max 300 words). As much as you can tell us - the better!
You can upload supplementary information, documents and images etc., below, if you wish.
Finalists will be announced online and in print prior to the event.
