Please complete the Interest Form below and a staff member will contact you to discuss the Construction Management program at CCA.
General Program Information:
This program runs between Monday-Thursday nights from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the CCA Lowry Campus, in partnership with the Colorado Homebuilding Academy. At this time there are no weekend or daytime programs. Classes are 8 weeks long--plan on taking all 5 courses to be considered full-time, with 2-3 courses in the first half of the semester, and 2-3 courses in the second half.
All students in the Construction Management program will receive a certificate in either Construction Estimating or Construction Superintendent, within one semester for each certificate. Many students choose to do both Certificates, which can be earned in two semesters total.
Standard CCA tuition and fees apply. All students may qualify for Financial Aid.
We look forward to talking with you soon. For any questions, please email: Construction.CCA@CCAurora.edu.

Note: OSH 127 and OSH 126 are not courses taken at CCA. These credits are earned by submitting a valid OSHA 10 (for Estimating only) or OSHA 30 (for Superintendent and/or Estimating) certificate to Construction.CCA@CCAurora.edu along with the student's Student ID Number (S Number). After this, students will receive information on how to have the credits applied to their CCA certificate.
No pre-requisites are necessary for admission or enrollment. Estimating I must be taken prior to Estimating II.
