Section Three: Additional Information
You must submit one (1) reference from a physician, professor or school official who can discuss your achievements, which may include leadership and volunteer activities, as well as your potential for future success. Applications without a reference will not be considered.
If you are applying for the Presidential Scholar Award, your reference must be a Wisconsin Medical Society member or County Medical Society officer who has worked with you on the Wisconsin Medical Society Board, a Wisconsin Medical Society council, taskforce or committee, or on a County Medical Society officer who has worked with you on a County Medical Society board, council, taskforce or committee.
