Hire Inclusions;

Standard hire fee is $200 which includes the use of one jump pit, hurdles, discus cage, shot put circle, running track and Pavilion Two toilets. Setup and pack up is to be completed by the Hirer and all equipment used must be returned as provided. Note: Standard use of running track does not include timing equipment.

Second event details have no additional charge and are there to help us supply the correct amount of equipment required.
Agreement;

By clicking submit you agree to the Sunbury Little Athletics terms and conditions below as part of your booking and agree to the payment of all fees involved.
- Any additions to the above additional requirement list will need to be negotiated with the President before the event and may incur additional fees.
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was loaned.
- Any equipment damage must be immediately reported to the Sunbury Little Athletics representative providing access. Sunbury Little Athletics Centre reserves the right to invoice the school for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged equipment.
- Toilets are to be cleaned at the completion of your event. Charges will be added if we are required to outsource this.
- There will be no use of the clubrooms.
- All rubbish is to be disposed of correctly with none left behind on the ground.
- The school must hold appropriate liability insurance to conduct the event. Evidence of this must be available for review by a Sunbury Little Athletics representative if requested.
- The person from the school responsible for conducting the event must have the appropriate competencies to safely conduct the event. Evidence of appropriate competencies must be made available for review by a Sunbury Little Athletics representative if requested.
- Sunbury Little Athletics Centre is not responsible for any injuries that occur.
