  • Volunteer positions

  • We are always striving to create the best experience for our community and our amazing volunteers by adapting and improving with each event. Each of our festivals has unique needs, so volunteer roles will vary depending on the event. Whether it’s helping at the front gates, keeping the grounds clean, or filling in where needed, there are plenty of ways to get involved and make an impact.

    * Shifts are around 5 hours with encouragement to select multiple shifts throughout the event.

  • Below are some examples of volunteer roles available. Prior to each event, we’ll reach out with more detailed information about specific positions and shifts.

TEAM LEAD – The key contact for volunteers in a designated area. Ideal for returning volunteers who are familiar with our events, available for the entire festival, confident in leading a team, responsible, and eager to encourage others to have fun!

FESTIVAL ENTRANCE / GATES – The VIPs of Orléans during the festival! This is where most of our volunteers are needed, helping to manage the entrance and ensure everything runs smoothly.

GREEN TEAM – The team dedicated to keeping the event clean and looking great for everyone to enjoy.

ICE TRUCK/RUNNERS – Responsible for delivering ice and assisting vendors where needed.

ALTERNATES – The versatile volunteers who step in to fill various roles wherever there’s the greatest need.

SET UP / TEAR DOWN – These shifts are before and after the event. Perfect for volunteers under 19 who are looking for a hands-on way to contribute!
