The Meat Pickup and Delivery

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we, at OGIC, are doing our part to delivery and provide pick up locations for you local meat needs and reduce exposure.

Once your order is placed, invoice by Friday late evening. All orders require a minimum purchase of $25 and must be placed by Friday at 12pm. You have the option to pay online or cash/check. Below are pick up and delivery options.

Fearrington Farmers Market: Tuesdays 4pm-6pm

Carrboro Farmers Market (Starting mid-May): Wednesdays 3pm-6pm

Pittsboro (315 East St, Pittsboro, NC 27312): Fridays 4pm-6pm

Durham (111 W Chapel Hill St, Durham, NC 27701): Saturdays 2pm-3pm

Salisbury (325 Dunns Mountain Church Rd Salisbury, NC 28146): Sundays 12pm-2pm.

Delivery

Free delivery for the ill, disabled, and ederly (65 and older). For all others, add $8. If you would like a delivery, you will recieve a call to arrange a drop off during the days we are in your area.

Choose your chicken cut. Remember, meat products are NOT in exact pounds. We will try our best to select meat close to the amount you want. We will try to get within a pound of your request. For example if you want a 4 pound whole chicken you may recieve 4.62 pounds or 3.96 pounds.

Whole Chicken ($6/lbs). How many pounds? Limited.

Fresh Whole Chicken (Not Frozen). $6/lbs. Limited Availability. Weight will vary between 3.5 pounds to 5.5 pounds. Only available for pick up at the Fearrington Farmers Market (Tuesday, May 12th. Carrboro Wednesday, May 13th. And Pittsboro, Thursday, May 14th. Please indicate how many whole birds you would like, where you are picking up (if different from above), and how many pounds per whole chicken. Non refundable deposit required ($15 per whole chicken).

Half Chicken ($7/lbs). How many pounds? Only one left

Quarter Legs ($9/lbs). Two per pack. How many pounds? Average size is 1.5 pounds. Only a few left!

Wings ($6.50/lbs). How many pounds?

Drumsticks ($8.50/lbs). How many pounds?

Thighs ($11/lbs). How many pounds?

Bone-in Breast ($12/lbs). How many pounds? Single packs are around a pound. Double packs are about 1.5 pounds to 2 pounds.

Hearts ($5/lbs). How many pounds?

Livers ($8/lbs). How many pounds?

Choose your pork cut. Remember, meat products are NOT in exact pounds. We will try our best to select meat close to the amount you want.

Bacon ($14/lbs). How many pounds?

Tenderloin ($14/lbs). How many pounds?

Pork Chops ($10/lbs). Two per pack. How many pounds? Average size varies from 1 pound to 1.70 pounds. Only a few left.

Pork Shoulder Roast ($8/lbs). Only large cuts available (9lbs plus). How many pounds?

Boston Butt ($9.50/lbs). Only large cuts available (9lbs plus). How many pounds?

Bulk Sausage ($7/lbs). Please choose flavors and indicate how many pounds for each choice? Currently available: Mild and Cajun.

Link Sausage ($8/lbs). Please choose flavors and indicate how many pounds for each choice? Currently available: Chorizo.

Garlic Bratwursts-linked. ($9/lbs). How many pounds?

Spare Whole Ribs. ($8/lbs) How many pounds? Only two left about 2 pounds each.

Pork neck and bones (great for soups!). $3.50/lbs. Average weight per pack: 4lbs.
