Tuition Fees are calculated per gymnast per term from the date of commencement and are payable within 14 days of the posting date. Families may apply for a payment agreement within this 14 day period.

Terms and Conditions

I agree to pay all tuition fees, in accordance with the authorised 'Payment Agreement'.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for making the authorised payments to the Academy.

I understand and acknowledge that in order to secure a place in a class, families are required to pay for the entire term, including all missed sessions.

I understand that if the payment agreement is not adhered to, my child may not be allowed to continue training until such time that the agreement has been rectified.

I understand that overdue accounts and payment agreements not adhered to will incur an accounting fee of $30.00.

I am aware that the Academy has a 'No Pay, No Play' policy and gymnasts will not be permitted to train if the family account is in arrears.

I understand that if all outstanding fees are not paid by the end of the applicable term, my child will not be permitted to continue training until such time that the debt is cleared. I understand that any costs incurred in collecting overdue debts will be added to the outstanding debt.

I acknowledge that I will receive a return email documenting my authorised 'Payment Agreement'.

I am aware that the tuition fees are to be finalised 2 weeks prior to the end of the relevant term.

I am aware that the payment agreement is for tuition fees only.
