I understand that the information contained in this completed application may be shared with other members of the organization, in an effort to make the best decision regarding my possible adoption of a cat. None of my personal information will be shared. I understand that there is a $120 - $150 adoption fee for this cat, and I agree to pay this fee in full should I be accepted and decide to adopt this cat. This adoption fee helps with any necessary vet care prior to my adoption of this cat, and allows support for the rescue efforts of R&lR Rescue & Resort.
