Terms and Conditions

After receipt of your registration fee and registration forms, you will receive a down payment invoice by the authorized agency. You may adjust the number of participants. A new invoice will not be issued after each adjustment; however, all changes will be reflected in your final invoice. We will preliminarily reserve the hotel only after receipt of your down payment.
